Marchaa Delivery Service
Marchaa offers a convenient delivery service powered by our verified driver network. Instead of arranging your own meetup, you can request a Marchaa driver to collect an item from the seller and deliver it to your door.
How Delivery Works
- Request Delivery: When completing a transaction, select "Marchaa Delivery" instead of "Self Pickup."
- Driver Assigned: A verified Marchaa driver in your area will be assigned to your delivery.
- Collection: The driver collects the item from the seller at the agreed time.
- Delivery: The item is delivered to your confirmed address, typically within 24-48 hours.
- Confirmation: You confirm receipt, and the transaction is marked complete.
Delivery Coverage
Marchaa Delivery is currently available in major cities across Pakistan. Coverage is expanding — check the delivery option at checkout to see if your area is supported.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and item size. The exact fee is shown at checkout before you confirm. Fees range from PKR 150 to PKR 500 for standard items within the same city.
Driver Standards
All Marchaa drivers are verified with identity checks and community ratings. Drivers are rated by buyers and sellers after each delivery. Drivers who maintain ratings below 4.0 are suspended from the network.
Item Safety During Delivery
Drivers are instructed to handle items carefully and to use protective packaging where needed. For fragile items, please package them securely before handover to the driver.
Delivery Issues
If an item is damaged during delivery, or if your delivery does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact support@marchaa.com with your transaction ID. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
