1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Marchaa, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or 13–17 with a parent or guardian's consent and oversight, to use Marchaa.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Listing Rules
- Listings must be accurate and represent the actual condition of items.
- Only children's items in safe condition may be listed.
- Recalled products, counterfeit goods, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
- Adult content, weapons, or illegal items are prohibited.
- Sellers must honour prices stated in their listings.
5. Buying & Selling
Marchaa facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to individual transactions. Disputes between buyers and sellers will be mediated by our support team but final resolution is the responsibility of both parties acting in good faith.
6. Marchips
Marchips are a digital loyalty currency within the Marchaa platform. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Marchaa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel Marchips with notice.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Misrepresenting your identity or the condition of items.
- Harassing, threatening, or bullying other users.
- Attempting to transact outside the Marchaa platform to avoid fees.
- Using automated tools to scrape or spam the platform.
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions.
8. Termination
Marchaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms with or without notice, depending on severity.
9. Limitation of Liability
Marchaa is a marketplace platform. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by users. Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid to Marchaa in the preceding 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi.
