📋 Driver Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Collect items from sellers at agreed times and locations
- Deliver items safely and on time to buyers
- Confirm collection and delivery within the Marchaa app
- Handle items with care — children's items must be treated gently
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with buyers and sellers
- Report any issues (damaged items, absent parties) immediately through the app
Conduct Standards
- Punctuality — be on time for collections and deliveries
- Respect — treat all community members courteously
- Honesty — never tamper with items or packaging
- Safety — never share buyer or seller personal details
- Appearance — present yourself appropriately as a Marchaa representative
- Rating maintenance — maintain a minimum 4.0/5.0 community rating
Important: Marchaa has a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct. Any driver found mistreating items, community members, or misrepresenting Marchaa will be immediately removed from the network.
✅ Requirements to Become a Driver
Age 18+
All Marchaa drivers must be 18 years of age or older with valid proof of identity.
Transport
Own motorcycle, car, or access to reliable transport within your delivery zone.
Smartphone
Android or iOS smartphone with internet access to use the Marchaa Driver app.
CNIC (ID)
Valid Pakistani CNIC for identity verification and account setup.
Clean Record
No history of fraud, theft, or community misconduct. Background check required.
Service Area
Must operate within one of Marchaa's active delivery zones (currently major cities across Pakistan).
How the Application Process Works

Apply Online
Create a Marchaa account and complete the driver application form with your personal details and service area.

Document Verification
Submit a copy of your CNIC and transport documents. Our team reviews within 3 business days.

Onboarding Call
A short 15-minute onboarding call to walk you through the driver app, delivery process, and standards.

Start Delivering
Accept delivery requests in the app and start earning. Your first payment is processed within 7 days.
